Job summary

Nordea is seeking a technically strong professional to bridge Marketing and Technology, shaping a MarTech strategy and guiding selected initiatives from discovery to production. You will translate business needs into feasible tech solutions, assess value, costs and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams with internal and external partners.

You will drive architecture, MVPs, and delivery estimates while ensuring security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in MarTech, digital platforms, enterprise applications or a similar area.
• Experience translating business needs into feasible technology solutions.
• Practical understanding of SaaS APIs, system integrations, data platforms and automation.
• Familiarity with AI use cases and their practical limitations.
• Experience estimating delivery effort, costs, dependencies and total cost of ownership.
• Experience working with mixed delivery models involving internal teams and external suppliers.
• Working knowledge of data privacy, security and AI governance.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, low-code platforms or prototyping tools would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and strategic priorities.
• Translate business ideas into clear use cases and solution options.
• Assess the value and feasibility of initiatives involving data, SaaS integrations, automation and AI.
• Challenge proposed solutions and identify simpler or more cost-effective alternatives.
• Prepare high-level architecture, delivery estimates, cost ranges and dependency assessments.
• Define MVPs and support investment decisions.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, vendors and technology providers.
• Lead at least one selected use case from discovery into production.
• Ensure that proposed solutions meet security, privacy, compliance and architectural requirements.
• Contribute to a realistic and costed MarTech roadmap.
