Job summary

Nordea is seeking Senior AI Governance Specialists to join the Digital Governance team. The role focuses on shaping and driving governance frameworks for Nordea's Group Digital unit, with hybrid work across Finland and Sweden.

The ideal candidate has experience in AI governance, strong stakeholder management, and a Master's degree or equivalent professional experience. English fluency is required, and the team operates with a hybrid model offering flexible collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience applying AI/governance in regulated environments.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and procedures.
Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Identify governance gaps and remediation actions across Group Digital.
Design, maintain and improve governance frameworks, standards, controls, and SOPs.
Translate group requirements and regulatory obligations into actionable guidance for delivery teams.
Maintain governance throughout AI/model lifecycles: ideation to decommissioning.
Clarify roles and governance ownership for Product Owners, Application Owners, and Model Owners.
