Job summary

Elisa Carrier Business in Finland is seeking a strategic New Business Development Lead to drive growth across markets, shaping business direction and ensuring successful execution of initiatives. Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in international business development.
Proven ability to drive growth across markets.
Strong background in B2B sales and relationship management.
Experience in strategy consulting or strategic business roles, with actionable plans.
Exposure to telecom or technology sector is valued.
Excellent English skills and Finnish working proficiency.

Responsibilities

Drive partnership development and commercial discussions to support business growth.
Own and lead the new business development portfolio, proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and collaboration.
Conduct business, market, and opportunity deep-dives, and communicate findings and recommendations to executive audiences.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Travel occasionally to support customer engagement and business development activities.
