Reporting to the Head of Consumer, you will own the commercial agenda, pricing, campaigns and forecasting, and forge strong cross-functional partnerships to create customer value and competitive advantage. Qualifications

• Proven experience leading commercial teams.
• Track record of growing revenue and profitability.
• Strong customer-value management and segmentation.
• Ability to own P&L, pricing and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial organization with a growth-focused agenda.
• Own commercial performance, pricing, campaigns and forecasting.
• Drive customer-base value through lifecycle management.
• Strengthen acquisition, retention, churn prevention and cross-sell.
• Use analytics to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Translate insights into priorities for product, proposition, sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Brand, Marketing and Operations.
• Lead and develop an experienced team.
