Job summary

Wolt is scaling its Enterprise Restaurants Team, seeking a seasoned strategist to architect end-to-end partner strategies. You’ll lead pilots, orchestrate large-scale rollouts, and drive long-term growth with our biggest restaurant partners in Helsinki.

You’ll translate complex data into clear recommendations, using SQL and AI insights to influence decisions. You’ll collaborate across Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance, and present to C-suite executives, aligning teams toward a bold shared

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-impact strategy roles (consulting, banking, ops) or startup leadership.
• Skilled in using data to tell a story and drive decisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, including Design, Engineering, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy for our largest partners, from pilots to long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to turn ideas into realities.
