Job summary

Metsä Board is seeking a Communications Manager based in Espoo to strengthen internal and external communications and support strategy execution and business transformation. You will plan and deliver strategy, leadership and change communications while developing internal communications, employee engagement and communications practices.

You will also be responsible for external communications, including media relations and digital content, and contribute to crisis communications readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and several years in international corporate communications.
• Proven track record turning strategy into clear, engaging content and engagement.
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver strategy, leadership and change communications.
• Develop internal communications, employee engagement and practices.
• Oversee external communications: media relations, press releases and digital content.
• Contribute to crisis and incident communications preparedness.
• Collaborate with management, functions, production sites and a broad network.
