Metsä Group is seeking an experienced Development Manager for Muoto™ in Espoo to lead business capability development and IT solutions, including ERP/SAP, MES, SCADA and CRM. You will manage supply chain operations, drive deployment, and coordinate with Metsä IT, consultants and vendors to enable scale-up toward the 2028 production milestone.

The role requires a Master's degree with at least 5 years in capability development, strong leadership, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field with business capability development and deployment expertise
At least 5 years of relevant experience in capability development and deployment
Experience in IT/ERP/SAP in industrial environments, MES, SCADA and CRM
Experience delivering projects with scope, quality, budget, schedule and risk management
Ability to leverage AI as an accelerator in implementation projects and operations
Experience in outbound supply chain operations and international business
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with fluent English
Proven leadership of high-performing teams and stakeholder management
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, results-driven mindset; willing to travel

Responsabilités

Manage Muoto Supply Chain operations and development
Take ownership of Muoto IT operations and development
Lead design, build and deployment of business capabilities during commercialization
Oversee ERP/CRM projects including scope, quality, budget and risks
Collaborate with Muoto team, Metsä IT, consultants and vendors
Build and lead high-performing development teams for scale-up
