Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Deployment Strategist for Public Sector, Nonprofit, and Education accounts. You will lead end-to-end engagement from discovery to measurable outcomes, shaping AI strategy and architecture with agents, data, and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit.
Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end.
Understanding of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud.
Willingness to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
Define AI strategy and architecture; lead design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
Oversee delivery timelines, risk, and communication; ensure no gaps.
Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement scope.
Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
Develop customer solutions using AI tools; integrate with enterprise systems.
