Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement scope.
