Job summary

Mars Finland (Uusimaa) is seeking an SRM Analyst to drive profitable commercial growth by translating pricing, promotions, and portfolio data into actionable revenue strategies. You will report to the SRM Head and partner with Sales and Finance on core data inputs and governance.

You will build interactive dashboards in Excel and Power BI, run elasticity analyses, design PPA scenarios, and create ROI tools to support Joint Business Planning and commercial decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline or equivalent.
• SRM analyst experience or junior finance/business analyst background.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data processing, reporting, and visualization.
• Experience building interactive dashboards translating data into clear visuals.
• Strong data analysis with actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in data or financial modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis & building actionable business recommendations.

• PPA analysis of portfolio mix to optimize structural mix.
• Cross-functional co-piloting for JBP cycles.
• Data administration with governance of price files and datasets.

• Promotional strategy tools and ROI simulations for Sales teams.
• Trade terms tools to ensure ROI from qualitative terms and incentives.
• Portfolio & mix models to simulate volume-price-mix trade-offs.
