Job summary

SEB in Finland is seeking a Solution Developer to help create customer-centric financial tech solutions. You’ll work across COBOL to modern languages, contribute to daily deliveries and long-term improvements, and collaborate with colleagues to turn complex challenges into simple, efficient solutions.

You’ll join a team that values curiosity, continuous learning, and a hybrid working model with up to two remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in COBOL or Assembler (Assembler a plus), basic JCL and Db2/SQL.
• Experience using GitHub and VS Code.
• A strong customer focus and a results-/business-oriented drive for high-value outcomes.
• Beneficial: REXX skills or experience with Linux, Docker, or API development.
