Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our AI-driven media operating unit. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week) involves developing social media plans, auditing campaigns, and collaborating with client services and analytics teams in Helsinki.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of social media marketing experience, deep platform knowledge, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities
