Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking an experienced Safety Project Lead to deliver projects in line with Safety First Guiding Principles in Turku, Finland. You will conduct site inductions and develop safe systems of work with task-specific risk assessments.

You will implement control measures in public or occupied spaces, provide training on emergency procedures, review subcontractor plans, and monitor activities to ensure safe completion with guidance from the Safety Department.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of safety practices and construction methods.
• Understanding of procurement, measurement, valuation, contractual obligations.
• Knowledge of claims, subcontract procurement, and management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects following Safety First Guiding Principles.
• Conduct site inductions for all personnel under control.
• Develop safe systems of work and task-specific risk assessments.
• Implement control measures in public/occupied areas to protect all.
• Provide training on emergency procedures and risk assessments.
• Review subcontractor documentation for planning and risk assessment.
• Regularly monitor and inspect activities for safe completion.
• Seek guidance from the Safety Department when required.
