Job summary

Aureol Global Connections in Turku, Finland seeks an experienced project contracts professional to manage budgets, contracts, and risk for ongoing projects. You will liaise with the Surveying Manager, administer contract records and prepare monthly financial and progress reports, ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with clients, supply chain and project teams, and attending regular handover and review meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction budgets and cost control.
• Understanding of subcontract and material orders.
• Familiarity with commercial reporting.
• Knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update contact budget.
• Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project.
• Liaison with Surveying Manager.
• Administration of contract records.
• Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s.
• Attendance at contractor handover meeting.
• Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings.
• Updating of cash reporting and collection.
• Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan.
• Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team.
