KFC CONTINUES TO GROW!

We are now looking for experienced and motivated shift managers to lead shifts in KFC restaurants in the capital region.

KFC Finland's goal is to expand its operations by opening up to 20 new restaurants in the capital region, Turku and Tampere over the next three years.

Year 2026 brings new KFC restaurants to different parts of the capital region, which means new opportunities to work for KFC as a shift manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of restaurant staff and coordination of daily operations during the shift.
• Increasing sales according to set targets.
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience by motivating and inspiring the team.

• Staff training and development in cooperation with the restaurant manager and trainers according to KFC standards.

Salary is determined according to experience. Base salary starting from 2280 euros per month, in addition to which evening and Sunday shift supplements are paid according to the shifts worked.
