APL Fresh Food Oy is seeking an experienced Area Coach to lead the operations of several KFC Finland restaurants. You will focus on staff development, customer experience, sales growth, and profitability, guiding managers and maintaining brand standards across locations.

Ideal candidates will have fast-food/drive-thru leadership experience, strong KPI discipline, and a collaborative, coaching style. The role involves travel between restaurants and Helsinki-area activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple restaurants or chain operations.
• Strong ability to analyze business KPIs to drive decisions.
• Excellent Finnish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer experience, staff, sales and profitability across area restaurants.
• Ensure brand operating methods and quality standards are visible in every restaurant.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to develop culture and career paths.
• Coach and motivate managers with constructive feedback and support.
• Support managers in increasing sales and streamlining operations.
• Ensure adequate personnel resources in every restaurant.
• Monitor and guide achievement of results and sales targets.
• Report to the operational manager.
