Aaltovoima Teollisuus Oy is seeking a motivated Kitchen Shift Manager in Finland to lead the kitchen team across breakfast, à la carte, and catering services. You will work with the head chef and supervisors to drive operations, while maintaining strong communication in Finnish and English.

In this role you will lead your kitchen team by example and develop operations together with the head chef and other supervisors.

The job offers a diverse daily routine as the kitchen activities cover breakfast, à la carte, and meeting/event catering at the location.

To succeed you will lead the team enthusiastically and set a good example, possess strong communication skills in Finnish and English, keep plans in hand even during busy periods, be proactive and solution-oriented, and have fluent Finnish and English.

Your duties include daily kitchen team leadership, shift planning, placing orders and inventory management, and developing operations with other supervisors.
