Job summary

Nutanix is seeking a Service Provider Systems Engineer to join the EMEA MSP team. You will provide presales support to service providers, drive proposals, and manage POCs while building strong partner relationships and driving joint success.

Travel is expected around 40% initially, with potential to increase to 50–60% as the region grows. The role emphasizes collaboration with regional SEs, internal teams, and partners to deliver scalable, field-based solutions across Europe, the Middle East,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of presales in the Service Provider space or SI space; 10 years customer-facing/technical experience.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; Norwegian is a plus.
• Strong networking and virtualization skills.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of storage, multi-tenancy, automation and blueprinting tools (Ansible, Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales support to Service Provider sellers and address inquiries.
• Conduct proposal development and sizing based on SP data.
• Organize and manage proofs-of-concept and partner demonstrations.
• Collaborate with specialists and internal teams to shape technical strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Service Providers to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships within partner networks to foster community.
• Achieve set performance metrics and contribute to over-quota results in managed services.
• Support team growth by identifying resource needs based on workload.
• Foster a culture of innovation and learning with new technologies.
• Work with the Nutanix Regional SE Manager on field pre- and post-sales alignment.
• Learn new technologies quickly to help partners adapt their solutions.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in one or more relevant technology disciplines.
