Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software in Finland is seeking a results‑driven PreSales Solution Consultant to actively shape growth in the MOM/MES software portfolio across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will engage customers, assess needs, and present value through compelling demonstrations.

This role requires deep electronics industry knowledge, strong sales acumen, and the ability to travel more than 50% within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong industry knowledge within the electronics sector is paramount.
• Domain focus on MOM/MES for electronics customers, particularly when opportunities are identified by Account Owners in EMEA.
• Experience within an electronics company ideally focusing on MOM/MES topics or internal digital transformation projects, or pre-sales experience for a software business.
• Strategic understanding of the electronics sector and its relation to market trends to capitalize on opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; you are seen as a trusted advisor by customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead PreSales activities to drive software sales for MOM/MES portfolio, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding existing electronic accounts.
• Engage with customers and prospects to gather business and technical requirements, analyze IT infrastructure and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver demonstrations of proposed software solutions, tailoring materials to customer needs.
• Articulate how our software solutions address customer challenges and align messages with the Sales organization.
