You will also provide service trainings for Field Service Engineers while creating and maintaining service documentation.Diagnose and resolve technical issues with 3-phase UPS systems.Provide first class technical support to local and regional field service engineers in their daily activitiesManage and lead troubleshooting and take corrective actions in challenging field incidentsReport to Quality organization of field findingsRun service trainings for FSEs and ASPs, including onsite, remote and E Learning trainingsAssist FSEs and customers with the installation, configuration and start-up of UPS systemsImprove the content and quality of service trainingsCreate and maintain a comprehensive service knowledge base, technical documentation, field service bulletins and service guidesParticipate new product development projects as a voice of customer and provide field service perspectiveGive service related input to other stakeholders, for instance Engineering and Sales SupportContribute to the zero-incident culture supporting safety of field service engineers through instructions and trainingCoordinate with the factory teams located in other countries for technical and product supportQualifications:University degreeSolid experience in Electrical and/or Electronic industrySkills:Technical knowledge on power electronics and/or three phase electrical systems and solutions. Experience on UPS technologies.
