What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical and commercial support to internal sales organizations and customers for UPS and grid-support solutions across the EMEA region.
• Support sales offices and customers in defining technical solutions, including complex and customized applications.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into optimized technical solutions, including system design, quotations and technical documentation.
• Design UPS and power infrastructure solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as R&D, Product Marketing and external partners.
• Work in close contact and cooperation with key customers, consultants and contractors to understand application-specific needs.
• Act as a technical expert and a host for customer visits, FATs, witness tests and product demonstrations.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to colleagues to elevate overall technical skills and product knowledge.
• Represent Eaton as a technical advisor in customer meetings, industry trade shows and global events.
• Serve as an ambassador for new products and technologies, promoting them to sales offices and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Electrical and/or Electronic industry.

Skills

• Extensive experience in power electronics, 3-phase power systems and UPS architectures.
• Comprehensive understanding of UPS technologies, systems and power infrastructures around them.
• Ability to manage complex technical solutions and support sales initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
