Eaton’s Vantaa campus in Finland hosts a Project Quality Engineer responsible for guiding quality activities from early project engagement through FAT. You will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry standards, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality electromechanical systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in product and project management.
  • Experience in risk management and quality planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality activities from project kickoff to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
  • Develop quality plans, control plans, and test plans for projects.
  • Lead risk management for customer requirements, new features, and changes.
  • Collaborate with Program/Project Management, Field Service, Product Engineering and Suppliers.
  • Lead DFMEA as quality expert and drive lessons learned across the team.
