Job summary

Mercury is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead day-to-day electrical site operations in Helsinki, Finland. You will oversee the full electrical scope, coordinate design interfaces between consultants and contractors, and ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires at least five years in a similar position, strong knowledge of local standards, and the ability to manage teams of engineers, supervisors and subcontractors while maintaining safety and cost

Qualifications

• Five+ years in an Electrical Construction Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of local standards and regional requirements.
• Ability to manage people, programs and budgets.
• Trade background or relevant higher qualification.
• Proven track record coordinating large and intricate projects.
• Experience with design coordination between consultants and builders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office and CDE software.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Essential Criteria for the Role:

• Good strong knowledge of local Standards and requirements of Region working in
• Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process
• Ability to control and manage people and programs
• A trade background or a relevant third level qualification
• Proven record of co-ordination and managing large and/or intricate projects
• A minimum of 5 years as an Electrical Construction Manager
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
