Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ work experience in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills and ERP experience.
• Ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• A third level qualification in supply chain or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Procurement to pay process from sourcing to invoice clearance.
• Mentor and potentially lead junior procurement personnel.
• Write Procurement Project Execution Plans.
• Develop procurement strategy for core commodities.
• Conduct site visits to meet project teams.
• Create procurement schedules with project teams and planning function.
• Purchase equipment, materials and/or services for assigned projects.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of goods/services for projects.
• Negotiate vendor alliances and master service agreements.
• Coordinate logistics for goods and services.
