Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
Expert Java, Spring Boot, Project Reactor.
Kafka, JMS, or equivalent event-driven messaging.
REST API design and implementation.
Oracle or other RDBMS (query performance).
Docker and containerization.
CI/CD pipelines (maintained).
AI-assisted development (Copilot, Cursor, Claude).
Good English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Take requirements from the Product Owner and translate them into working software.
Make architectural decisions that shape system evolution for years ahead.
Review code daily to raise the bar for the team.
Drive Kubernetes migration and cloud-native transformation of services.
Build AI/agentic workflows to multiply team output.
Mentor and pair-program with developers to strengthen the team.
Communicate with business stakeholders to translate complexity into clarity.
Own production incidents and ensure rapid diagnosis and fixes.
