Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA is seeking two AI Engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain advanced agent solutions using Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AWS SageMaker/Bedrock. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive scalable AI adoption across Personal Banking.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Power Platform, cloud experience (Azure/AWS), and hands-on ML/AI deployment, including MLOps, Prompt Engineering, and AI testing. Hybrid work in Helsinki area preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Microsoft Power Platform developer (Automate and Copilot Studio).
• Experience with Cloud vendors and their offerings (Azure and AWS).
• Proven experience with Prompt Engineering, MLOps, vector databases and Retrieval Augmented techniques.
• Production experience with classical ML and generative AI applications.
• Python and Java programming for automation, data processing, API and MCP integrations.
• Experience with Containerization (Docker), Orchestration (Kubernetes) and IaC/CLIs (Terraform, Power Platform CLI).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes via Bitbucket, Jenkins.
• Experience with AI testing, manual or automated.
• Ability to document and version workflows and scripts per governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and build AI agents through AI Solutions in Microsoft Power Platform and AWS Bedrock/Sagemaker.
• Develop, maintain and quality assure Python and Java applications for data processing and API integrations.
• Collaborate with business users, risk managers and product leads as a technical collaborator and QA partner.
• Apply AI responsibly with guardrails, test automation and monitoring to meet compliance.
• Document and version workflows in accordance with governance.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD via Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Contribute to connecting and optimizing business processes with AI.
