Job summary

Nordea is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to work across modern front-end applications and Java-based back-end services in Helsinki. You will join the Asset Finance Solutions team delivering digital services for finance customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a Scrum team, design of responsive interfaces, APIs, microservices, and automated testing within CI/CD pipelines. English communication is essential, and a minimum of several years in software development is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Shape practical software solutions in collaboration with development teams and product managers.
• Design, build and maintain client-side and server-side applications, including accessible and responsive user interfaces.
• Develop APIs, microservices, databases, and integrations that are well-functioning and reliable.
• Write automated tests and contribute to reliable CI/CD pipelines, participating in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Take ownership from idea and implementation through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
