Etteplan is seeking a Software Architect to design comprehensive technical solutions bridging business needs with scalable technology. You’ll create architecture blueprints, select tech stacks, and lead implementation teams, serving as the link between stakeholders and developers.

The role is based in Espoo or Tampere and operates in a hybrid model. You will drive architecture design, technology selection, and strategic alignment, ensuring security, reliability and scalability while

Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
10+ years in software engineering, architecture or related field.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infra design.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

Design comprehensive software and infrastructure architectures aligning with business goals.
Create architecture blueprints, diagrams and documentation.
Lead implementation teams and guide technical decision-making.
Evaluate tools, platforms and frameworks to suit strategic goals.
Bridge communication between stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment.
