Job summary

AmpsTek is hiring a ServiceNow Developer in Helsinki (Hybrid 3 days/week). The role requires 7+ years of ServiceNow development, CSA certification, and deep expertise in ITSM and CMDB/CSDM. You will handle integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server, with LDAP/SAML/OAuth integrations and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
ServiceNow CSA Certification.
Strong expertise in ITSM modules and platform customization.
Extensive experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server.
LDAP/SAML/OAuth integrations knowledge.
Strong CMDB and CSDM framework knowledge.
Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Familiar with Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
