Job summary

Global IT Organisation in Helsinki is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to strengthen ITSM and custom development across enterprise environments. Hybrid work arrangement, based in Finland, with ongoing global projects and collaboration with business stakeholders.

You will design, develop and integrate ServiceNow modules, leveraging Flow Designer and platform automation to deliver reliable IT services and improvements.

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a global IT organisation, working on the development and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow environments.

The role will have a strong focus on ITSM alongside custom ServiceNow development, integrations and platform improvements.

Key experience:

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Good knowledge of ITSM modules and processes
• Custom application and workflow development
• ServiceNow integrations, APIs and web services
• Experience with Flow Designer and platform automation
• Ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders

Location:

The role is hybrid in Helsinki, so candidates must be based in Finland or able to commute regularly to Helsinki.
