Job summary

H&MV Engineering is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Finish team, reporting to the Commercial Manager. You will manage cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, procurement, risk management, and CVR/financial reporting for medium to large-scale EPC projects.

Responsibilities include revenue management, tendering, procurement, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
• Professional membership with RICS or SCSI preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in quantity surveying/cost engineering.
• Experience with construction contracts and project cost control.
• Proficiency with Primavera and CostX is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and cost control across medium to large EPC projects.
• Oversee budgeting, cost estimation and CVR/financial reporting.
• Administer contracts and manage variations and disputes.
• Coordinate procurement, tendering and supplier selections.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
