V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major construction project in Sweden. You will manage the contractual and financial performance, coordinate with project leadership, and drive commercial reporting throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in major construction projects, strong procurement skills and a proactive approach to risk and cost management within an international team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cost reports; monitor costs and risks.
• Lead procurement, evaluate tenders and negotiate contracts with subcontractors.
• Administer valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Provide commercial reporting to senior stakeholders and support project close-out.
