Job summary

A Helsinki-based data centre cost consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its new Finland team. You will manage a portfolio of major Data Centre developments, 8MW - 880MW, located within 30 minutes of Helsinki, with relocation support and a comprehensive package.

You will deliver complex Data Centre projects, oversee all commercial management activities, focus on MEP and CSA packages, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, driving cost, schedule, quality and risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience on major data centre projects or mission-critical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant – Data Centres (MEP & CSA)

As part of the Cost Consultancy team, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio of major Data Centre developments, 8MW - 880MW, located within 30 minutes of Helsinki. A bespoke package, including relocation support, accommodation, benefits and bonus, is provided.

They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their new Finland team, where you will play a key role in delivering a portfolio of major Data Centre projects for a globally recognised client in the region.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• Exposure to major projects, ideally within data centres or mission-critical environments
• Strong track record delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project environments
• Proactive leadership style with the ability to drive teams and projects forward
