Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for mission-critical data centre projects in Finland. You will lead the on-site quality team across Espoo and Kirkkonummi, ensuring IMS compliance, coordinating with subcontractors and client representatives.

The role requires at least 5 years in QA/QC within heavy construction, with strong knowledge of CSA and MEP integration. You will oversee ITPs, audits, NCRs, and documentation to support seamless commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in Quality Management, QA/QC Management, or a similar senior role within heavy construction.
• Proven track record on complex, large-scale projects such as hyperscale data centres or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction quality management systems and multidisciplinary MEP/CSA integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of project-specific Quality Plans and IMS compliance.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain ITPs and quality procedures.
• Plan and execute audits, on-site inspections, and surveillance across CSA and MEP packages.
• Review quality documentation, test records, logs, and turnover packages.
• Manage NCRs, root-cause analysis, and CAPA actions.
• Act as technical liaison for client quality representatives and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning and handover with complete quality records and dossiers.
