G2 Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager to join a major data centre project in Finland on a permanent basis. You will drive QA/QC across the project lifecycle, partnering with project leadership, construction teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong QA/QC background in construction, experience with main contractors, and proven ability to manage inspections, audits, and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Strong QA/QC background within construction is required.
• Experience with a main or general contractor is essential.
• Proven track record managing quality on large-scale construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Drive compliance with company procedures, client requirements and project specs.
• Manage quality teams, subcontractors, inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project close-out activities and ensure works are delivered to contract standards.
