Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. in Helsinki seeks an experienced Quality Lead to drive on-site QA/QC for a data centre project. You will lead the QA/QC team, ensure compliance with project specs, and coordinate with PM, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning and client teams.

This senior, site-based role emphasizes right-first-time delivery, ITP oversight, NCR management, and documentation handover to the client, with mentoring across the QA/QC group.

Qualifications

• Lead the QA/QC on large-scale construction projects.
• Oversee ITPs, inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
• Mentor QA/QC engineers on site and drive NCR actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of QA/QC strategies on the project site.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning and Client teams.
• Ensure quality dossiers and handover documentation meet required standards.
