Job summary

Elusav Recruitment is seeking a Quality Manager for a major data center project in Finland. You will develop quality plans, manuals, documents and systems, and ensure inspections and tests are aligned with client and project requirements.

Key duties include maintaining ISO standards, training personnel, audits, and robust document control. Strong MEP QA/QC experience and excellent reporting skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in QA/QC lead/management roles, preferably in MEP projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 QMS and audits.
• Review specifications and prepare project inspection and test plans.
• Train project personnel on QA/QC plans and ensure client standards compliance.
• Conduct factory/prefab/source inspections and audits as required.
• Produce quality written reports and manage documentation control.
