Hunter Philips Executive Search is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for HVDC projects in Finland. You will lead the HVDC project department through EPC phases, directing over 10 direct reports and coordinating stakeholders to deliver a £1 billion megaproject in end-to-end fashion.

The role targets strong candidates with a Masters in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years HVDC experience, offering a clear path to Director within around three years and excellent benefits.

The Company:

The Role:

As EPC Senior Project Manager some duties would include:

• Lead the HVDC Project department through EPC phases
• Overseeing a HVDC Megaproject with a value of £1bln from end-to-end
• Leadership of 10+ direct reports
• Planning and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Contractual and Technical negotiations
• Progression to HVDC Director within 3 years

The Person:

As the HVDC Senior Project Manager you will likely have:

• Masters in Electrical Engineering qualified
• 5+ years professional experience in HVDC projects
• Extensive Project Management, stakeholder management and organisation skills
