Job summary

RELEX Solutions in Helsingin seutukunta area seeks a senior Project Manager to lead complex software implementations end-to-end, from kick-off to go-live.

You'll own the project plan, budget, scope and profitability, manage stakeholder relationships across customers and internal teams, and mitigate risks while ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met. Travel up to 10–20% to visit customers and RELEX teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex software implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Sound risk analysis and management skills with proactive escalation.
• Strong time management and prioritisation with analytical problem-solving.
• Business-level English; fluency in a Scandinavian language is an advantage.

RELEX Solutions builds optimisation software that helps retailers and consumer brands drive profitable growth. Our Customer Operations team delivers RELEX implementations worldwide, combining deep retail and supply chain expertise with hands‑on project leadership.

We're looking for a senior Project Manager who can work independently and lead complex software implementation projects from kick-off to go-live. A background combining software implementation with manufacturing or production‑industry experience is a strong plus — this is an area we're growing and still shaping best practice in.

Reporting to the Project Management Lead, Scandinavia, you'll manage projects through every phase of the lifecycle — building customer relationships, owning the project plan, budget and profitability, and keeping delivery on track to time, cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, scope and change requests, and report on project profitability to internal and customer stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with customer teams and senior stakeholders, running a clear communication plan including steering group meetings
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring actions are documented and followed through to completion
• Identify and manage risks proactively, owning mitigating actions and escalating when needed
• Keep internal and external project teams accountable, resolving issues and mitigating conflict
• Travel up to 10–20% to visit customers and RELEX teams in other offices

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience leading complex software implementation projects, ideally within large IT landscapes, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior customer stakeholders
• Sound risk analysis and management skills, with the judgement to escalate proactively
• Strong time management and prioritisation, with an analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Business‑level English; fluency in a Scandinavian language, Finnish or Polish is an advantage

What We Consider An Advantage

• A relevant degree, or 3+ years' experience in the retail, CPG or FMCG industry
• Experience with a grocery, CPG or FMCG retailer or supplier, or broader supply chain industry knowledge
