Job summary

If Insurance in the Mobility Tribe is seeking a Digital Senior Product Owner to guide an agile squad, shaping customer and business needs, setting priorities and turning ideas into valuable solutions.

You will contribute to a community of Product Owners, share experience, challenge established thinking, and coach junior POs while leading broader strategic initiatives across the organization. A hybrid work setup is possible in the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• You have solid experience as a Product Owner in large organizations with complex dependencies.
• You balance customer needs, business goals, technology and stakeholder expectations.
• You explore how AI can improve products and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead the work of one agile squad as digital Senior Product Owner in Mobility Tribe.
• Shape customer and business needs, set priorities and align stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor less-experienced Product Owners and drive strategic initiatives.
