Job summary

Wärtsilä seeks a Development Manager, Offering & Digital Capabilities to drive digital transformation across offering, sales and service capabilities. You will own roadmaps, translate business needs into development initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

You will lead product ownership for key applications, define success metrics, and ensure data, reports and dashboards monitor business impact across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation, business development, process development, product ownership or a similar role.
• Understanding of how business processes, data and digital solutions work together to create business value.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies and collaborating with development teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Experience with customer-facing business processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the roadmap for assigned business capabilities and applications.
• Collaborate with peers, process owners, architects and business stakeholders to support shared goals.
• Identify improvement opportunities and initiate development activities that create business value.
• Define, prioritize and maintain product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into actionable development initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders throughout the development cycle.
• Define success measures and monitor outcomes for new capabilities and improvements.
