Job summary

We are looking for an agile development product owner to join our professional team.

We are looking for an experienced agile product owner to join our growing team to work on our customer projects. With us, you will join a team of experienced experts to develop a more agile future for our customers.

What do we want from you?

We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in managing large-scale digital software and data management projects. You will work mainly on customer projects at customer sites.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the role of a consultant and who wants to continuously help their clients achieve better results. You should understand the big picture for clients, positively challenge clients in the midst of change and continuously develop yourself in a fast-changing technological environment.

You are self-motivated, able to work independently and also as part of a team. You are customer service oriented and have good problem solving and communication skills.

Please mention these in your application:

Experience in managing large-scale digital software and data management projects

Practical knowledge of prioritising business tasks, leading steering groups, and especially agile management.

Practical skills in planning and managing development cycles

Good knowledge of project management tools such as Atlassian Confluence and Jira

Ability to communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders

Oral and written Finnish and English language skills

We also appreciate:

Experience in a multi-vendor environment in public administration, as well as in Nearshore and Offshore development projects

Understanding of development version control tools such as GitHub and GitLab

Agile development certifications, such as Product Owner, Safe and Scrum Master, and other project management certifications
