Job summary

Benjamin is a fast-growing rewards/fintech startup offering MoMos and cash-back rewards for everyday actions. We seek a Senior Product Manager who will own a unit's metrics, roadmap, and hands-on product work, collaborating with engineers, ops, marketing, and design.

You will lead data-driven decisions, balance speed with impact, and optimize UA economics. You will shape the product strategy, run two-week sprints, and push for high standards in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

4+ years in product, mobile-first, ideally in mobile games, high-engagement consumer apps or ad tech.
A track record of owning a business metric and moving it.
A generalist with a vertical bar in product management: strategy, design craft, data, monetization, systems thinking.
Real design instinct, and the willingness to get into the file.
Fluency in the numbers; comfortable in a BI tool or SQL.
UA fluency; understand CPI, payback, ROAS windows and channel mix.
Experience leading a small team without formal authority.
Self-driven, autonomous; you own your roadmap.
Hungry; push beyond 'that works'.

Responsibilities

Own the outcome with a single primary business metric and accountability.
Own the roadmap and defend trade-offs.
Drive the product hands-on: write specs, shape flows, work in the design files (Figma).
Work with data: pull cohorts, ROAS, ARPU, retention, conversion; form your view.
Lead a small cross-functional unit (engineers, ops, business, marketing, design).
Run the loop: idea → build → ship → measure → iterate.
