Job summary

Mozilla is seeking a hands-on Mobile Product Manager focused on Firefox for iOS, with contributions across mobile. You will drive activation and retention, ship high-impact features, and collaborate with engineers, design, data science, and TPMs to strengthen the Firefox mobile experience.

You will monitor reviews and app-store trends, optimize for global markets, and help grow the product on both iOS and Android while balancing privacy and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience launching or managing iOS/Android apps with measurable impact.
• Delivery-focused; collaborates well with engineers, design and cross-functional partners.
• Data-driven with analytics, funnels and A/B testing to improve activation and retention.
• User-obsessed, tracks trends and feedback to inform product improvements.
• Experience growing products in international markets.
• Maintains a side project or app on the App Store or Google Play.

Responsibilities

• Drive activation and retention for the new-user journey, optimizing funnels with data and testing.
• Deliver differentiating features that increase Firefox on iOS and across mobile.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data science and TPMs to ship high-impact improvements.
• Stay connected to users by analyzing reviews and app store trends to inform enhancements.
• Monitor app health in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, supporting growth experiments.
• Adapt Firefox for global markets, considering data constraints and local needs.
