Job summary

atNorth is actively seeking a Schedule Manager to lead programme controls on a multi-contractor data centre construction programme in Espoo. You will own the master Integrated Master Schedule, manage submissions across contractors, and provide analysis for tracking health, forecasting completion, and commissioning readiness.

This hands-on leadership role includes managing a small planning team, performing critical path analysis, and closely coordinating with commissioning and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 including EPS architecture, LOE relationships and baseline management.
• Experience managing multi-contractor IMS environments with schedule integration via XER file exchange.
• Strong track record producing S-curve, critical path, and progress analysis for large capital projects.
• Experience in data centre, mission-critical or complex industrial construction programmes.
• Working knowledge of data centre systems relevant to scheduling (cooling infra, power distribution, commissioning milestones).
• People management experience—leading a small technical team.
• English proficiency; Finnish language skills are advantageous.
• Background check conducted for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project programmes across all phases (design, procurement, construction, commissioning).
• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across contractors and consolidate schedules into a unified view.
• Lead schedule reviews, define submission requirements, run quality checks and enforce baselines.
• Manage WBS structure, activity coding standards, and progress measurement.
• Produce regular progress reporting (S-curves, critical path, look-ahead schedules, variances).
• Track schedule risk and identify critical path shifts; address interface issues between contractors.
• Support commissioning sequencing and milestone tracking with engineering teams.
• Coordinate with contractor planning teams to resolve discrepancies and align plans.
• Present schedule status and forecasts to Owner, contractor and stakeholder audiences.
