Job summary

Enersense Engineering is seeking Planning Engineers to join a data centre project in Lohja, Finland, starting November 2026. You will support the Planning Lead by coordinating scheduling, progress tracking and reporting, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables stay on track.

This role offers exposure to a large-scale, dynamic project environment and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Key duties include maintaining schedules, coordinating inputs from contractors, analyzing progress

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, scheduling and controls for large-scale projects.
• Good working knowledge of Primavera P6 and progress measurement.
• Ability to identify risks and deviations and propose practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update project schedules (Level I-III and master schedule).
• Support baseline development, progress measurement and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Coordinate schedules from multiple contractors and integrate into the master plan.
• Monitor progress, forecast delays and suggest corrective actions.
• Analyse critical paths and propose scheduling adjustments.
• Prepare plan-versus-actual analyses and progress dashboards.
