As our business expands, we are looking for a Business Partner - to strengthen financial performance management across our operations and help ensure that business decisions are supported by robust financial insight and analysis.
In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to operational leaders across the organization. Your focus will be on performance management, profitability analysis, planning, forecasting, and decision support.
You will play a key role in translating operational and commercial drivers into actionable financial insights, helping leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for your assigned business areas.
Ensure alignment between operational plans, capacity development, and financial forecasts.
Translate operational and commercial drivers into robust financial plans and scenarios.
Monitor, analyze, and explain financial and operational performance.
Develop and track KPIs, profitability metrics, and performance indicators.
Provide insight into cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Drive corrective actions together with operational stakeholders.
Act as a trusted finance business partner to operational leaders.
Support strategic and operational decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Enhance understanding of financial risks and business impacts.
Challenge assumptions and ensure robust financial governance.
Support profitable decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Evaluate business initiatives and operational improvements from a financial perspective.
Identify opportunities to improve margins, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.
Develop dashboards, financial models, and management reporting.
Improve data quality and reporting transparency.
Contribute to automation and standardization of financial processes and methodologies.
You are analytical, commercially minded, and enjoy partnering with the business to create measurable impact. You thrive in a dynamic environment, can navigate complexity, and are comfortable challenging stakeholders while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
>5 years of experience within Business Controlling, FP&A, Operations Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
Strong understanding of P&L management and performance analysis.
Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
Experience with ERP, EPM, BI, and reporting tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
Professional proficiency in English.
