Job summary

Skillsearch is seeking an experienced Level Designer for a contract role on a mobile third-person extraction shooter. You will own the design of gameplay spaces from concept to production, shaping how players fight, loot, explore and extract in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team.

You will build levels optimized for touch controls, readability, and performance on mobile, while iterating with playtesting data and cross-disciplinary feedback to deliver engaging, replayable spaces.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional level design experience.
• Experience creating multiplayer or PvP-focused levels.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant level design work.

Responsibilities

• Design and own gameplay spaces from concept to final implementation.
• Create levels supporting extraction-focused gameplay and varied player strategies.
• Iterate based on playtesting, data, and feedback.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and artists to ensure performance on mobile devices.
