The ideal candidate has extensive level design experience and has successfully released content for free-to-play games. The position offers a hybrid work environment with two to three days at the office each week.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of level design experience.
• Successful release of content for at least 2 free-to-play live games.
• Ability to create engaging player moments.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide a team of level designers.
• Collaborate with content producers and data teams.
• Define frameworks for difficulty curves and power-up systems.
