Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager in Hamina, Finland. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through commissioning, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and IT skills, with experience in building services projects of medium to large scale. Healthcare exposure is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience post qualification.
• Relevant third level qualification essential (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering).
• Excellent IT skills essential and a good understanding of programmes including CSA activities.
• Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Prior experience in managing building services projects (medium and large scale).
• Experience in Healthcare advantageous, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be pivotal to the development and completion of projects including the organisation, scheduling, and implementation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects.

• Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
• Experience of managing combined Mechanical / Electrical projects a distinct advantage.
• Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
• Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.
